Welcome to the 2nd Grade!

Our 2nd Grade Team at Patterson Park Public Charter School focuses on providing differentiated instruction in all subject areas (Reading, Writing, Math, Social Studies, and Science).  We are constantly working toward integrating our themes into daily lessons so that we meet our school's vision of "educating the whole child."  We have four themes (one for every quarter) for both social studies and science.  These themes include We are a Community, Past to Present, Diversity, and Circles of Life.  To learn more about our themes please feel free to contact any of the 2nd Grade Teachers by visiting the Contact Us tab above.  You will also find that each theme is described in the Announcements tab above so you can stay up to date with your child's progress.
